Ok, so, i am Sinclair Ukiri and this is my website! I made this with Neocities! Also, im currently learning HTML (and maybe also CSS). 9kid's production is slow right now, so it might take 2 months for an episode. I am currently working on an animation project which may take me 12 months or even 2 years (based on my patience and autism), You CAN still ask me for business inquiries and stuff, im just saying.

I was born in Salzgitter, Lower Saxony, Germany. I'm a Nigerian-German animator, YouTuber, and game developer. You might know me for creating animation memes, music video animations, and my own indie games. Some of my main projects include my animated series 9kid and the platformer game Nova's Starbound Journey.

A Bit About Me

Currently, I live with my parents and I'm attending middle school. In my free time, I love diving into animation and game development. The tools I often use include Adobe Animate, FlipaClip, and Bosca Ceoil for music. I also really enjoy playing the rhythm game osu!.

My Work

Animation

I started my animation journey back in 2021. At first, I was just making drawings, but I soon moved on to creating animation memes and music videos featuring my mascot, Nova. I also enjoy making MIDI remixes using different soundfonts.

In 2023, I joined the animation team Scranimations, where I get to collaborate with talented members like John "Zlitchy" and Joseph "Fox". We then went on to create Genius Family, which we regretted lol, the voice acting and animation were bad, but atleast we did better on Genius Family Returns and Genius Family Parody.

One of my proudest animated works is the series Nyahata, which I co-created with the Moroccan artist Joseph "Fox". It premiered on February 1, 2025. The series is a loose adaptation of a game and follows the main character, Nova, through lots of funny adventures. Sadly, i discontinued it. Why? I lost interest, and TOTALLY NOT BECAUSE IM LAZY :DDD.

Im working on a show called 9kid, and well-

9kid! is an upcoming 2D animated action-comedy series created by Me  and Tom. The show follows the chaotic life of 9kid, a goofy and overly paranoid kid, and his eccentric family as they take on surreal slice-of-life misadventures. Episodes often spiral into absurd “side quests,” combining comedy, action, and occasional drama.

The series is aimed at teens and older kids, inspired by shows like The Amazing World of Gumball and Kid Cosmic. It is animated by the team at Scranimations using programs such as FlipaClip and Adobe Animate, and will be released on YouTube (and possibly Newgrounds).

Game Development

I got into game development using GDevelop, which is a great open-source game engine. My biggest project so far is Nova's Starbound Journey, a 2D platformer I released on November 2, 2024. In the game, you play as Nova or Dori, running through side-scrolling levels and collecting stars to save their world from the villain, Bood. It's available for Windows, Linux, and macOS.

I'm active on YouTube, where I upload my animations and music videos. I started my channel on September 13, 2023, and I'm grateful for the recognition I've received for my animation style and original characters.

Personal Life

Outside of school, I'm really focused on improving my skills in animation and game development. I often collaborate with friends and peers, like Caitlyn Valerie Hodges, who has helped with voice acting and writing for my projects. My goal is just to keep creating fun and engaging content, and I'm happy to be part of the indie animation and game dev communities!
